山羊板皮辐射灭菌

摘    要: 报道了山羊板皮辐射灭菌工艺的技术指标。研究结果表明:炭疽杆菌芽孢的辐照致死剂量为8KGY。根据不同菌种、株的辐射抗力测定结果,提出了在灭菌工艺中应用无毒指标菌的不同监测标准:短小杆菌“E601”的阴性培养率达到85%即可;蜡状杆菌“4001”则要求达95%;而枯草杆菌黑色变种“8017”则要求不得检出。研究表明,辐照30KGY剂量的山羊板皮对品质无影响。试验还对山羊板皮出口标准包对剂量减弱情况进行了测量,提供了灭菌工艺中的剂量控制参数。

Abstract:This paper reports the research results on radiation sterilization of goat skin and its technical index.The results indicate: The radiative lethal dose of gamma of Bacillus anthracis is 8 KGY.According to the determined results of radiative resistance of different bacterial species and lines, the different inspective standards of applied nonpoisonous strain index were put forward. The negative cultural rate was taken as inspective standard. According to the strength of radiative resistance and safety, the inspective standard of different index bacteria are as follows: the Bacillus pumils "E601" is 85% of negative cultural rate; the Bacillus cereus"4001"is 95%; hut Bacillus svblilis var. niger " 8017" should be 100%.The research indication: When irradiate 30 KGY to goat skin the skin and leather quality is not affected by the radiation.Using the radiative dose to reduce measure value of export standard bind of goat skin, we provide the doas control parameter of sterilization technology.
