| 摘 要： | 对兽药残留分析技术及其进展进行了综述。从专一性很强的免疫分析到功能强大的液——质联机技术都在兽药残留分析中得到研究和应用。高效液相色谱、固相萃取技术和免疫分析技术发展较快。本文还对高效薄层色谱、毛细管区域电泳、超临界流体色谱、智能色谱和联用技术等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | analysis of veterinary drug residues in food of animal orgin and its recent development are reviewed in this paper, with 28 references. The solid phase extraction, high performance chromatography, and immunoanalysis are discussed. Attention is paid as well to HPTLC, CZE, SFC, automated methods, and hyphenated techniques. |
