| 摘 要： | 应用新城疫单抗酶联试剂对一群发生疑似新城疫的绿孔雀群进行快速诊断，采用肛门泄殖腔棉拭取样方法对病孔雀取样，应用双单抗夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ试验检出多数病死孔雀新城疫强毒抗原阳性，诊断该群绿孔雀发生了新城疫。用流行病学调查、临床症状观察、病理剖检、病毒分离、鉴定和毒力试验的经典诊断方法及新城疫疫苗紧急防疫效果观察验证表明，新城疫单抗酶联试剂盒诊断孔雀新城疫简便、快速、准确。 |

| Abstract: | Application of ELISA kit based on monoclonal antibodies to rapidly diagnose Newcastle disease (ND) in green peacocks, the diagnostic method in company with the kit was double antibodies sandwich ELISA. The kit was used to detect the swab specimens from the field green peacocks flock whick were doubtfully infected by virulent Newcastle disease virus (NDV). The result showed this group of green peacocks were suffering from ND. Traditional diagnostic methods confirmed that the diagnostic method was simple, rapid and result of the kit was correct. |
