蜂胶黄酮增强免疫作用的研究

摘    要:以蜂胶黄酮(PF)为免疫增强剂,探讨其对免疫雏鸡血清抗体效价和外周血T淋巴细胞增殖以及对培养的鸡脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果表明:PF能显著提高雏鸡的血清抗体效价,促进外周血淋巴细胞增殖,且有一定的量效和时效关系;在体外,也能促进鸡脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖,以低浓度的效果较好。证明PF具有较强的增强免疫活性,是蜂胶中增强免疫作用的有效成分。

Abstract:This research determined the effects of propolis flavone(PF) on serum antibody titers and peripheral lymphocyte proliferation in vaccinated chicken and on proliferation of cultured avian splenic lymphocyte.The results showed that PF could significantly raise antibody titer and promote peripheral lymphocyte proliferation,which presented certain dose-and time-effect relationships.In vitro it could stimulate splenic lymphocyte proliferation,at low concentration with better efficacy.These confirmed that PF possessed stronger activity and was the effective component of propolis in immunoenhancement.
