新株型水稻生育特性及产量形成特点的研究

摘    要:以 8个新株型水稻品系为材料 ,研究新株型稻生育特性及产量形成特点。与汕优 63相比 ,新株型稻每穗粒数多 ,单位面积总颖花量高 ,但因结实率低而产量较低。新株型稻的分蘖少 ,前中期生长量较小 ,结实期叶片光合速率和根系活力较高 ,干物质积累量高 ,光合同化物向籽粒运转率低。依据强、弱势粒的灌浆速率 ,新株型稻籽粒灌浆可分成快速同步灌浆型、异步灌浆型和缓慢同步灌浆型 3种类型。灌浆类型与结实率有密切的关系。研究表明 :新株型稻结实率低主要是受精籽粒充实不良所造成 ,而物质运转率低是籽粒充实不良的重要原因。

Abstract:With eight new plant type (NPT) rice lines as materials, the characteristics of growth and development and yield formation in NPT were studied. In comparison with the Indica hybrid of Shanyou 63, NPT had higher amount of spikelets per m 2 because of larger panicles, and lower grain yield as a result of poor grain filling. NPT exhibited fewer tillers and lower biomass production at early and mid growth stages, but greater photosynthetic rate and higher root activity, which led to higher dry matter accumulation during grain filling period. NPT showed the poor translocation of assimilates to grains from vegetative tissues. Based on the filling rate of superior and inferior spikelets, three patterns for grain filling were observed in NPT lines, i.e., fast synchronous, asynchronous and slow synchronous. Grain\|filling percentage was closely associated with the grain filling patterns. The results revealed that low grain filling percentage was resulted from poor grain plumpness, and poor translocation of assimilates to grains accounted for poor grain plumpness. Some approaches to the improvement in NPT were discussed.
