低温弱光对西瓜幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:以5个西瓜品种(系)为材料,研究低温(10℃)和弱光200μmol·(m2·s)-1]对幼苗有关生理特性的影响。结果表明:各品种(系)的冷害指数、叶片主脉结构伤害程度、膜透性、MDA含量均随胁迫时间的延长而增加,光合速率随胁迫时间的延长而下降,而叶片SOD活性、CAT活性、SPAD值随着胁迫时间的延长先增加而后降低。综合评价各项生理指标,5个西瓜品种(系)耐低温弱光性由强到弱依次为鉴20、59046、扬9808、早春红玉、8424。

Abstract:In order to provide a reference for selecting reasonable species with cold and weak light tolerance,five watermelon varieties were chosen to investigate correlative physiological parameters under low temperature(10 ℃) and weak light 200 μmol·(m2·s)-1] stress.The results were as followings:With the stress days prolonging,the chilling injury index,the degree of injured nervation,electrolyte leakage and MDA contents of leaf increased,net photosynthesis rate decreased,and the activities of SOD,CAT and SPAD values rose at earlier stages and then decreased at the later stages.According to comprehensive physiology indexes,the tolerance to chilling and weak light of five watermelon varieties ranked as Jian 20>59046>Yang9808>Zaochunhongyu>8424.
