摘    要:采用微卫星DNA标记对甘肃高山细毛羊、滩羊等5个绵羊群体(125只个体)的5个微卫星座位等位基因进行检测,分析5个绵羊群体的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。结果表明:5个绵羊群体中共发现78个等位基因,其中在甘肃高山细毛羊肃南县群体中发现的等位基因数最多(57个),滩羊最少(43个)。多态信息含量、期望杂合度和观察杂合度的数据分析表明:在研究的5个绵羊群体中甘肃高山细毛羊天祝县群体和肃南县群体的遗传多样性较丰富,而滩羊的遗传多样性相对较低。DA遗传距离和DS遗传距离构建的邻接(NJ)系统发育树均表明:甘肃高山细毛羊天祝县群体和肃南县群体与藏羊的亲缘关系较近,为一类;而滩羊与小尾寒羊的遗传距离较近,为另一类。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the genetic diversity and relationship of Sannan Gansu Alpine Merino,Tianzhu Gansu Alpine Merino,Tan sheep,Small Tailed Han sheep and Tibetan sheep,five microsatellite DNA marks were used in five sheep populations(125 individuals).The results showed that the number of alleles detected in Tianzhu Gansu Alpine Merino are most,was 57,and the least in Tan sheep,was only 43.The populations PIC and heterozygosity analysis showed that Tianzhu Gansu Alpine Merino and Sunan Gansu Alpine Merino had the richest genetic diversity,but Tan sheep genetic diversity was lower than others.The results of genetic distance and phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the relationship of Sannan Gansu Alpine Merino,Tianzhu Gansu Alpine Merino and Tibetan sheep was nearer.Moreover,the relationship of Small Tailed Han sheep and Tan sheep was nearer.
