摘    要:应用中心产区典型群简单随机抽样的方法,检测湖羊、同羊控制血液酶和其他蛋白质变异的14个结构基因座上40个等位基因频率,引用国内外15个群体10个座位的研究资料,构建合成了描述群体间遗传相似性的模糊等价关系矩阵,对17个群体进行亲缘关系聚类。结果表明:湖羊、同羊与蒙古羊群体亲缘关系密切,是蒙古羊向南迁徙与驯化的产物,相对于中亚东南和欧洲绵羊而言,蒙古羊群体构成相对独立的系统。

BLOOD PROTEIN POLYMORPHISM AND PHYLOGENY STATUS OF HU SHEEP AND TONG SHEEP
Abstract:Applying simple random sampling in typical colony methods in the central area of habitat, 14 structural loci and 40 alleles in blood enzyme and other protein variations of Hu sheep and Tong sheep populations were examined. After collecting the data of same 10 loci about 15 sheep colonies in China and other populations, the matrix of fuzzy similarity relation describing the genetic similarities of different population was established and composed. 17 colonies were also clustered according to their phylogenetic relationship. The study proves that Hu sheep and Tong sheep have close phylogenetic relationship with Mongolia populations; Mongolia sheep populations have relatively independent phylogeny status compared with the east and south of Central Asia and European sheep population.
