秋稻品种Aus373广亲和基因的RFLP分析

摘    要:利用Aus373/IR36//Balila和Aus373/IR36//秋光2个三交F1群体对秋稻品种Aus373的广亲和性进行了遗传分析,发现这两个群体内不同个体的小穗育性有着明显的分离,呈单峰连续分布。小穗育性的高低与稃尖色之间存在连锁关系。用Aus373/IR36//Balila群体构建第6染色体的RFLP框架图,并对亲和性基因进行了定位。在第6染色体上发现有2个来自Aus373区段对小穗育性有直接贡献,其联合效应可以解释总变异的38.4%。其中位于G200和C基因之间的可能就是Sn5,位于G122和G329之间的可能是另一个亲和性基因。

RFLP ANALYSIS ON WIDE COMPATIBILITY GENES IN AUS373 OF ECOTYPE AUS OF RICE
Abstract:Genetic analysis on the wide compatibility in Aus373 of Ecotype Aus of Rice was conducted based on triple crosses of Aus373 /IR36//Balilla and Aus373/IR36// Akihikari The distribution of spikelet fertility in the two populations was continous unimodal The spikelet fertility was correlated with apiculus color An RFLP linkage map of chromosome 6 including 13 loci was constructed with triple cross of Aus373/IR36//Balilla Two loci associated with wide compatibility on chromosome 6 were identified by interval mapping approach The one was located between chromogene(C) and molecular marker G200 and the other between G122 and G329, which were responsible for 19 89% and 13 64% of phynotypic variation respectively and for 38 4% combinatively The results indicate that there are two wide compatibility genes on chromosome 6 in Aus373 The one between C and G200 is S n 5, the other is temporarily designated as S n x
