毕格狗窦房结P细胞的形态学观察

以正常毕格狗窦房结(SAN)标本为研究对象．对其进行连续切片．以改良Masson3色或苏木素一伊红染色．将窦房结均分成头、中、尾3个部分，每一切面上的窦房结组织分为中央区和周边区两部分．测定窦房结各区域P细胞的细胞学和体视学数据。结果表明：从头部到尾部．窦房结P细胞的细胞核、核胞比逐渐减小；尾部P细胞多于其他部位，头部和中部中央区与周围区的P细胞有形态学差别；各部位中央区的P细胞多于周边区。

Morphological observation on P cell in the sinoatrial node of Beagle dog heart

Comparative study for P cell in different parts of the sinoatrial node (SAN) of Beagle dog heart was conducted. Modified Masson 3 or HE stain was used in serial of 10 SAN of the hearts. SAN was divided into the superior, middle and inferior parts, each part was also divided into central area and circumferential areas. The cytological and stereological parameters of P cell were measured. From the superior to inferior part, the size of P cell was not obviously different, but the cell nucleolus gradually became small, the ratio of nucleolus/cell decreased. The quantity of P cells in inferior part was more than that in superior or middle parts and the quantity of P cells in central area was more than that in circumferenyial area.
