4种赤眼蜂的酯酶同工酶谱比较与蜂种鉴定

摘    要:通过酯酶同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳谱带的差异,鉴定了4种赤眼蜂。舟蛾赤眼蜂在谱带B区有b_1,其余3种赤眼蜂B区无带。拟澳洲赤眼蜂在A区有a_3、a_4带。而稻螟赤眼蜂在A区为a_1与a_4带;玉米螟赤眼蜂为a_2和a_5带。

Abstract:4 species of Trichagramma were identified based on their esterase isoenzyme patterns determined with the slab poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis and morphological characters.Trichogramma closterae Pang et Chen.had the band b_1 in the B area, whereas the others had no band b_1; T.confusum Viggiani.had a_3, a_4, whereas T.japonicum Ahmead had a_1, a_4, and T.ostriniae Pang et Chen had a_2 and a_5 in A area.
