小麦抗感白粉病品种过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶的比较测定

对小麦抗感白粉病品种苗期、成株期叶片过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶进行比较测定。结果表明感病品种苗期过氧化物酶同工酶谱带数多于抗病品种;酯酶同工酶抗感品种无明显差异。成株期过氧化物酶同工酶带数抗感品种无明显差异,但个别酶带有所加强或减弱;感病品种的酯酶同工酶酶带数多于抗病品种。两种同工酶在苗期和成株期测定的酶谱类型均不一致。

Analyses of Peroxidase and Esterase Isoenzymes of Resistant and Susceptible Wheat Varieties to Powdery Mildes (Erysiphe graminis f.sp.tritici)

The peroxidase isoenzymes and esterase ones in leavse were determinated with disc and slab polyacryamide gel electrophoresis. The results demonstrated that the number of main bands of peroxidase isocnzymes in leares of susccptible varicties was more than that of resistant varicties and there was no evident difference between the csterase patterns of resistant varieties and those of suscetible varicties in seedling stage. In adult stage, there were no marked difference in the number of peroxidase isoenzymes between resistant and susccptible varieties, and the number of main bands of csterase patterns of suseeptible vari ctics was more than that of resistant varieties. The zymograms of peroxidase and esterasc were not consistent in seedling stage and in adult stage respeetively.
