人参皂苷Ro的制备及含量测定

摘    要:建立快速制备人参皂苷Ro的方法,并对人参的不同种类、不同部位、不同组织及鲜人参储藏过程中人参皂苷Ro的含量变化进行测定。采用D101大孔吸附树脂柱、中压柱层析等方法分离制备人参皂苷Ro,HPLC法测定人参皂苷Ro的含量,LC/MS分析结果。中压柱层析法制备人参皂苷Ro效果好,简单快速。人参皂苷Ro的含量差异为:生晒参鲜人参蜜制参红参;芦头支须主根毛须;表皮韧皮部木质部;随储藏期的延长人参皂苷Ro含量减少。

Abstract:Establish a rapid preparation method for ginsenosideRo and different types ,different parts ,different tissues of ginseng, as well as determine ginsenosideRo content change in the process of storage of fresh ginseng. Using D101 macroporous resin column,Medium-pressure column chromatography methods to separate and prepare ginsenosideRo,using HPLC method to determinate the content of ginsenosideRo, using LC/MS to analyze the results. The preparation of ginsenosideRo with medium-pressure column chrematography was effective, simple and fast. The difference of ginsenosideRo content was : Sun dried ginseng 〉 fresh ginseng 〉 Candied ginseng 〉 red ginseng; Rhizoma 〉 branch fibrous-root 〉 mainroot 〉 hair fibrous-root ; epidermis 〉 phloem 〉 xylem ; With the extension of storage period, ginsenoside Ro content decreases.
