哈蟆油薄层色谱指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的研究哈蟆油药材的薄层色谱(TLC)指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法样品经预处理后点于硅胶G预制板上,以正己烷∶丙酮∶冰醋酸(8∶2∶1)为展开剂,磷钼酸试液为显色剂,于625nm处进行吸收扫描。结果11种不同来源的哈蟆油样品薄层色谱指纹图谱所形成的全谱图像显示,不同品种有很高的相似性。结论TLC指纹图谱是控制哈蟆油质量的良好方法。

TLC Fingerprinting Analysis of Oviductus Ranae

Abstract:Objective To set up a sensitive and specific TLC method for controlling the quality of Oviductus Ranae.Method The sample solution was applied to the commercial precoated silica gel plates, solvent system included n-Hexane-acetone-glacial acetic acid(8:2:1), phophosphoric acid test solution was as visualizing reagent, and quantitative analysis was carried out using UV absorptive scanning at 625nm.Result Consistent among eleven batches of Oviductus Ranae was demonstrated by TLC fingerprint image and the profiles generated by digital scanning.Conclusion It is a good method quality of Oviductus Ranae that can be controlled effectively by TLC fingerprint.
