忍冬植株光合生理特性初步研究

摘    要:研究忍冬植株光合特性,为确定合理栽培措施、提高药材产量提供参考。利用CRIAS-1便携式光合作用测定仪,测定1d中不同时段、不同光子通量密度下的净光合速率及其相关生理生态因子;采用灰色关联分析,确定忍冬植株净光合速率与生态因子间的关联度。结果表明,忍冬植株叶片光饱和点为1 529μmoL/(m2.s)、光补偿点为48μmoL/(m2.s);净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线状,有光合"午休"现象存在;净光合速率与气孔调节密切相关(r=0.82,P0.05),大气中CO2浓度、大气温度是影响净光合速率关系最密切的生态因子。

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of Lonicera japonica were studied to provide the reference for proper cultivated measurement and output improving.The net photosynthetic rates(Pn)and some physiological and ecological factors were measured with CIRAS-1 at dif-ferent time and different photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD.) The correlation between Pn and ecological factors was done by Grey correlation analysis.The light saturation point of Lonicera japonica was 1 529 μmol/(m2.s),the light compensation point was 48μmol/(m2.s).The diurnal change trend showed a double peak curve,and a typical phenomenon of"photosynthesis midday depression"appeared.There was a close correlation between Pn and stomatal conductance(Gs)(r =0.82,P 0.05).The atmospheric CO2 concentration and air-temperature were the main ecological factors that affected Pn of Lonicera japonica Thunb.
