人参锈腐菌侵染参根后防御酶变化的分析

摘    要:对3年生农田人参根部喷洒锈腐菌悬液后,分别在5d、10d、15d、20d、25d、30d后取人参根和叶,测定其中SOD、PAL、POD、PPO和CAT5种防御酶的活性。结果表明:5种防御酶活性在处理后的人参根和叶中均高于对照。在根中,SOD和PPO在第20天达到活性最高峰,PAL和POD活性在15天达到最高峰,CAT在第10天即出现活性最高峰。叶中SOD和PAL活性在第15天达到最高峰,POD和PPO活性分别在第15和20天出现2个最高峰,CAT在第10天出现活性最高峰。

Abstract:After spraying rust fungus suspension to the roots of 3 year old field-grown ginseng,respectively collected ginseng roots and leaves for 5,10,15,20,25 and 30 days later,then determined activities of SOD,PAL,POD,PPO and CAT.The results showed that:activities of 5 defensive ferments in the treated ginseng roots and leaves were higher than the controls.In the roots,activities of SOD and PPO in 20 days reached the peak,activities of PAL and POD reached its peak in 15 days,activity of CAT appeared its peak in the first 10 days.Activities of SOD and PAL in leaves reached its peak at 15 days,activities of POD and PPO respectively reached its peak in 15 and 2 days,while activity of CAT appeared the peak in 10 days.
