胡桃楸叶提取物对辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用

摘    要:目的探讨胡桃楸叶乙醇提取物(AELJ)对X射线辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法加只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、照射对照组、AELI低剂量(300mg/kg)组和AEU高剂量(600mg/kg)组。经2.0Gy X射线照射后,测定小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数、脾脏T淋巴细胞转化率、肝组织匀浆MDA含量和SOD的活性。结果与照射对照组比较,AEU高、低剂量组小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数、T淋巴细胞转化率、肝组织匀浆中SOD活力均显著增高(P〈0.05);MDA含量显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论AELI对X射线辐射损伤小鼠具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effects of alcohol extracts of the leaves ofJuglans mandshurica (AELJ) on 40mice with irradiation injury induced by 2.0 X-ray. Methods The mice were randomly divided into four groups including normal control group, irradiating control group, low dose of AELJ group (300mg/kg) and high dose of AELJ group(60Omg/kg). The transformation test of lymphocytes and the spleen index (SI), thymus index (TI) were conducted; MDA contents and SOD activities in liver were measured. Results Compared with the irradiating control group, MDA contents of the low dose of AELJ group and high dose of AELJ group decreased significantly(P〈0.05 ); SI, TI; PLT and SOD were increased significantly ( P〈0.05 ) both in the low dose and high dose of AELJ. Conclusion Our experiments showed that AELJ have protective effects on mice with irradiation damage induced by X-rays in some degree.
