莽吉柿果皮化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究莽吉柿果皮的化学成分,寻找有生物活性的天然产物。方法采用正相硅胶、反相RP-18等柱色谱分离化合物,运用波谱技术分析确定化学结构。结果从莽吉柿果皮提取物中共分离并鉴定了7个化合物,经波谱分析确定分别为:α-倒捻子素(1),β-倒捻子素(2),gartanin(3),8-deoxygartanin(4),β-谷甾醇(5),tetrahydrothwaitesixanthone(6),芦丁(7)。结论化合物β-谷甾醇(5)、tetrahydrothwaitesixanthone(6)和芦丁(7)为首次从莽吉柿果皮中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from the pericarps of G.mangostana L.and search for the bioactive natural products.Methods All compounds were isolated by repeated Silica gel and RP-18 column chromatography.Their structures were determined by various spectral methods.Results Seven compounds were isolated from G.mangostana L.and their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as: alpha-mangostin(1).betta-mangostin(2).gartanin(3).8-deoxygartanin(4).betta-Sitosterol(5).tetrahydrothwaitesixanthone(6).rutin(7).Conclusion Compounds betta-Sitosterol(5).tetrahydrothwaitesixanthone(6).and rutin(7).are found for the first time in the pericarp of G.ostana.L.
