不同产地及类型桔梗种质RAPD指纹研究

摘    要:利用10个随机引物对32份不同产地及类型桔梗种质进行RAPD扩增,共扩增出片段111条,多态率为95.5%。2个多态性强的引物AP15和AO18可共同完成32份种质鉴别。利用SPSS13.0对RAPD数据进行聚类分析,32份种质可聚为3类,聚类与地域性有一定关系。在类内,相同茎色及相似茎色类型优先聚类。

Abstract:The 32 kinds of germplasm from different origin were made RAPD amplification using10 primers. There were 111 bands were detected. Out of these bands, the percentage of polymorphic bands (PPB)was 95.5 %. These kinds of germplasm could be distinguished effectively only using primers named AP 15 and AO 18. The cluster analysis indicated that all acces- sions were classified into three groups and the cluster of accessions was associated with resource region. Among groups, the accessions whose stem color was similar or identical could be clustered as a priority.
