IAA等对麒麟吐珠插枝生根的影响

摘    要:以麒麟吐珠为试材,研究了IAA、IBA、NAA、2,4-D等植物生长调节剂对插枝进行预处理后的扦插效应。结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂对麒麟吐珠插枝生根的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂的浓度不同,对生根效果的影响也不同。其中,IAA以200mg/L(处理3h)效果最好;IBA以400mg/L(处理3h)效果最好;NAA以400mg/L(处理3h)效果最好;2,4-D以3mg/L(处理2.5h)效果最好。

Abstract:The test used some plant growth rerulators such as IAA,IBA,NAA,2,4-D and so on to deal with Callispidia guttata and then gave them hydroponics.The result indicated that the effect from different kinds of plant growth rerulators and even different densities as using the same plant growth rerulators.Thereinto,using 200 mg/L of IAA to handled the shoot basis 3h,400mg/L of IBA to handled the stem tip basis 3h,400mg/L of NAA to handled the stem tip basis 3h and 3mg/L of 2,4-D to handled the shoot basis 2.5h,was the most effective method of Callispidia guttata to taking root.
