摘    要:建立同时测定人参糖中7种人参皂苷含量的快速检测方法。采用超高效液相色谱法,ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1×50mm,1.7μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.5mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量2μL,检测波长203nm。人参皂苷Rg1、Rf、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd均达到基线分离,线性良好,平均回收率分别为98.26%、98.46%、97.00%、103.75%、96.32%、95.71%、95.00%。该方法准确、重现性好,可用于人参糖中人参皂苷含量测定。

Abstract:To develop a method for the content determination of seven ginsenosides in ginseng sweets. This assay was performed on ACQUITY BEH C18(2.1×50mm,1.7μm)column with acetonitrile- water as mobile phase in gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.5mL/min. The column temperature was 35 ℃. The injection volume was 2μL. And the detection wavelength was 203um. Seven compounds were baseline separated,with good linearity.The yield rate was 98.26% ,98.46% ,97.00%, 103.75% ,96.32% ,95.71% ,95.00% .This method is accurate and good reproducibility suitable for the measurement of ginsenosides in the ginseng sweets.
