摘    要:本试验旨在研究氮肥、磷肥、钾肥对祁白芷生理指标和药效成分的影响。试验结果表明,氮肥有利于祁白芷中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和淀粉的合成及积累,对药效成分香豆素的影响不明显;磷肥有利于可溶性糖和香豆素的合成及积累,不利于淀粉在根中的合成及积累;钾肥最有利于增加香豆素的合成和积累,也有利于可溶性糖和淀粉的积累;各生理指标和药效成分积累的主要作用时期为收获前25d。综合考虑各因素,祁白芷施用基肥时,应多施钾肥、适当少施磷肥、合理施用氮肥;在收获前25d左右进行追肥,主要追施钾肥,不宜追施磷肥。

Abstract:The effects of N,P,K on physiology and medicinal components of Angelica dahurica were studied. The results showed that nitrogenous fetrlizer was benefit for soluble protein,soluble sugar and starch synthesis and accumulation, which was not benefit for coumarine synthesis and accumulation. Phosphate fertilizer was benefit for soluble sugar and coumarine synthesis and accumulation, which was not benefit for starch synthesis and accumulation in root. Potassic fertilizer was of greatest benefit for coumarine synthesis and accumulation, which was also benefit for soluble protein and starch accumulation. Considering various factors; it was determined to apply more amount of potassic feltilizer,less amount of phosphate fertilizer, and reasonable amount of nitrogenous fertilizer as base fertilizer, while to apply mainly potassic fertilizer with on phosphate fertilizer for additional fertilizer.
