摘    要:采取自然排放(A组)、解剖取卵人工受精(B组)、阴干加流水刺激催产(C组)3种处理方法,将所获得西施舌的受精卵发育成直线铰合幼虫,以微藻为饵料,在室内条件下,幼虫放养密度0.2ind/mL,经9d~12d培养,观察其发育生长速度、成活率及变态率。试验结果表明,A组、B组、C组9日龄幼虫平均壳长272.00μm±18.04μm、239.60μm±19.97μm、260.00μm±20.07μm。日平均壳长生长速度21.11μm/d、17.51μm/d、19.78μm/d。平均壳长A组与C组、C组与B组差异显著(F=9.06,P0.01,n=30),A组、C组与B组差异极显著(P0.01);A组、B组、C组9日龄幼虫成活率50.00%±4.82%、37.00%±6.64%、42.86%±3.57%(F=6.00,P0.05,n=3),A组与C组差异不显著(P0.05),A组、B组差异极显著(P0.01);A组、B组、C组幼虫变态率51.33±6.05%、35.77±10.55%、40.59±3.19%(F=8.58,P0.05,n=3),A组、B组差异极显著(P0.01),A组、C组差异显著(P0.05)。

Abstract:Take the natural emissions(A) ,Anatomy of the three methods of oocyte retrieval and artificial insemination(B), dried and water to stimulate oxytocin(C) .Iarva of straight hinge were developed for obtaining fertilized eggs of Coelomactra antiquate. Use micro - algae as baits, under laboratory conditions, larval culture density of 0.2ind/mL under the condition of culture after 9d- 12d, guan observed the development of growth rate and survival rate and metamorphosis rate. Results of experiment, A, B, C group 9- day- old larvae of the average shell length were 272.00μm ± 18.04μm,239.60μm ± 19.97μm,260.00μm ± 20.07μm, shell length growth rate were 21.11μm/d, 17.5μm/d, 19.78μm/d.The raw length differences were significant for the determination of results. A and C and B,the average shell length difference of 2.03 times and 3,94 times. Respectively mistaken for machine, a significant difference. Analysis variance F = 9.06, ( P 〈 0.01, n = 30), Multiple comparisons A and C and B~have already reached the 1% significance level. (2) Respectively 50.00% ± 4.82% ,37.00% ± 6.64% ,42.86% ± 3.57% of A,B, C9 - day - old larvae survival rate( % ). Analysis of variance F = 6.00( P 〈 0.05, n = 3 ). difference significant. Multiple comparisons, A and C the difference was not significant. However A and B have reached the 1% significance level, (3) A, B, C3 groups of larval metamerphosis data respectively 51.33% ± 6.05% ,35.77%± 10.55% ,40.59% ± 3.19% .The results of analysis of variance F = 8.58 significant difference( P 〈 0.05, n = 3). Multiple comparisom: group A better than B and C, A and B compared reached 1% percent a very significant level.
