| 摘 要： | 本试验运用非损伤的取样方法,结合行为观察,通过酶联免疫法对雌性成年圈养林麝在分娩以后发情期粪便中的孕酮进行了测定,在此期间每2天采集粪样1次。结果显示,用酶联免疫法对林麝粪样中孕酮含量的分析来区别其发情周期中的黄体期和黄体间期是可行的。行为上的发情也是与其粪样中孕酮较低的含量相一致的。通过对5只林麝发情周期粪样孕酮含量的分析结果得出,林麝为季节性多发情动物,平均发情周期（n=10）是21.94d±1.2d。

| Abstract: | In the present study,fecal progesterone in the captive forest musk deer(Moschus berezovskii) was measured using commercial enzyme immunoassay(EIA) during estrous cycle,along with behavioral observation.Fecal samples were collected every other day.It was possible to distinguish between inter-luteal and luteal phases of the estrous cycle.Behavioral estrus was corresponded to the low concentrations of fecal progesterone.Samples from the two consecutive cycles were available from five hinds,and forest musk deer... |
