摘    要:以4个不同穗型、不同稻米品质的粳稻品种为试材进行田间试验,从齐穗期开始进行遮光处理,对比分析不同穗型群体遮光与品质的关系。在加工品质上,遮光使直穗优质米品种辽粳294的整精米率明显高于未遮光的处理,对其它类型品种则无显著影响。在外观品质上,遮光对稻谷粒形影响规律为:遮光使米质较差的辽开79-3和巴利拉的谷粒变得短小,而对米质较好的辽粳294和辽粳371则影响不大。遮光对稻米粒形的影响尚无规律可循。在垩白性状上,遮光使所有供试品种的垩白率、垩白大小和垩白度均增加,并表现为弯穗品种较直穗品种增幅大,优质品种较劣质品种增幅高。在营养品质上,遮光使各类型品种的蛋白质含量增加,且直穗品种增加的幅度较大,使直链淀粉的含量下降,且直穗品种降低得较明显。在食味值方面,遮光对直穗品种食味值影响较为显著,使其食味值降低,而对弯穗品种的影响则是有升有降。

Abstract:Four keng rice varieties with different panicle types and rice qualities were tested in field.Some plots were shaded from heading stage.In this paper,the author had a contrast analysis about shading effects on qualities.The integral polished rice rate of the high rice quality erect panicle type Liaojing 294 was higher than not shading treatment in process quality.Shading treatment lead to short grain in Liaokai 79-3 and babala which rice quality were sleazy,little effects on high rice quality Liaojing 294 and Liaojing 371,no effects on rice shape in appearance quality.Shading treatment increase chalky rice rate,chalky area and chalky degree on which curved panicle types and high quality varieties were apparent in chalky quality.Shading treatment increase protein and make a reduction in amylase on which erect panicle types were apparent in nurture quality shading treatment made a reduction in flavor quality in erect panicle type and uncertainty in curved one.
