甜高粱茎秆含糖量及主要农艺性状相关性研究

以粒用高粱品系LR625和甜高粱品系RIO杂交构建的甜高粱F2代群体为试材,对甜高粱茎秆含糖量性状及主要农艺性状进行了相关分析,并对锤度与其相关性状进行了通径分析。相关分析结果表明：茎秆含糖量性状中的茎汁混合锤度、茎秆重、茎汁重与株高、茎粗相关均达到极显著水平,出汁率与株高和第六、七节长度达到显著负相关;茎秆含糖量性状中的茎秆重和茎汁重与穗部性状及生物产量的相关均达到极显著水平,茎汁混合锤度与生物产量和千粒重达到显著正相关;茎汁混合锤度与茎秆重、茎汁重的相关达到了极显著正相关水平,且茎秆重与茎汁重相关极显著。通径分析结果表明：各性状对锤度的相对重要性依次为茎秆重〉穗重〉茎汁重〉千粒重〉茎粗〉株高〉生物产量〉穗粒重〉穗长〉七节长〉六节长。

Correlation Study of Stalk Sugar Content and Main Agronomic Traits in Sweet Sorghum

Sweet sorghum F 2 population constructed with the parents of LR625,a grain sorghum variety（ P 1）, Rio,a sweet sorghum variety（ P 2） was used as materials in this study. Correlation analysis was conducted for stalk sugar content traits and main agronomic traits of sweet sorghum,and path analysis was conducted for brix and its related traits. The correlation analysis results indicated that mix brix,stem weight,and stalk juice weight are significantly positive related with stalk weight and stalk diameter at 0. 01 level,juice ratio is significantly negative related with stalk height,Length of 6th node and Length of 7th node at 0. 05 level; stalk weight and juice weight are significantly related with panicle traits and biomass yield,brix is significantly positive related with biomass yield and 1 000-seeds weight; Brix is significantly positive related with stalk weight and juice weight,and also stalk weight is significantly related with juice weight. The path analysis results indicated that the contribution order of related traits to brix is stalk weight panicle weight juice weight 1 000seeds weight stalk diameter stalk height biomass yield panicle grain weight panicle length Length of 7th node Length of 6th node.
