分离自小麦赤霉病和玉米茎基腐病的禾谷镰孢菌的致病性研究

摘    要:采用单花滴注方法和注射法交互接种,分别对8株分离自小麦赤霉病穗和11株分离自玉米茎基腐病茎的禾谷镰孢菌进行致病力测定。结果表明,所有供试菌株均能够成功交互侵染小麦和玉米,二者致病能力不同,存在明显差异。小麦赤霉病和玉米茎基腐病都是土传病害,染病作物病残体会造成跨寄主侵染,在小麦玉米轮作区两种病害可能会出现日渐严重的趋势。
