摘    要:采用组织分离法、厚垣孢子悬液法、菌核萌发法对稻曲病菌进行分离,对不同培养条件下稻曲病菌的生长特性进行了研究.结果表明:3种分离方法均可以分离到稻曲病菌.其中厚垣孢子悬液法分离成功率最低,只有5.3%,其次组织分离法分离成功率为8.5%,菌核萌发法分离成功率最高,可达92.3%.供试的8种培养基中,以胁本哲氏培养基最适于病原菌生长,生长速率为1.15 mm/d;15~35 ℃菌丝均能生长,25~30 ℃下菌丝生长速率明显大于其他温度处理;pH值3~10菌丝均可生长,最适pH值为6.

Abstract:Ustilagonoidea virens was isolated by methods of tissue isolation, chlamydospores suspension and sclerotium germination, and the growth characteristics were studied under different culture. The results showed that each isolation method was successful to obtain the fungus. Among them, the sclerotium germination showed successful rate of 92.3%, higher than those obtained by the tissue isolation and chlamydospores suspension method which showed successful rate of 8.5% and 5.3% respectively. Among the solid culture media tested, Wakimoto toceshi supported fastest mycelia growth at 1.15 mm/d. The mycelia grew at 15~35 ℃ and preferred 25~30 ℃.pH value from 3 to 10, the mycelia could grow, and the optimum pH value was 6.
