Bt基因抗虫棉主要经济性状相关性及对产量的效应分析

摘    要:研究了Bt基因抗虫棉几个主要经济性状间及各个性状对皮棉产量在表型、遗传、环境三个方面的相关性。霜前皮棉与皮棉产量在表型和遗传方面呈极显著正相关;株铃数、衣分、铃重与皮棉产量呈显著的正相关;而生育期则与皮棉产量呈负相关;霜前皮棉与生育期在遗传和表型水平上呈显著负相关。通径分析表明:株铃数、衣分对皮棉产量在表型和遗传上直接作用最大;生育期对皮棉产量有直接负作用。

Abstract:This article has mainly researched that the inheritance relativity of phenotype,heredity,environments among the several main characters of the Bt gene anti-insect cotton.The positive correlation of the lint yield rate before frost and the lint yield all achieved the remarkable level on the phenotype and the heredity;the bolls of a cotton plant,lint percentage and boll weight showed the remarkable positive correlation to the yield of ginned cotton.Period of duration assumed the negative correlation to the lint yield.The lint yield rate before frost and the period of duration assumed the negative correlation in the heredity and the phenotype level also achieved the remarkable level.Path analysis indicated that the immediate actions of cotton bolls of each plant,lint percentage were the biggest on the phenotype and the heredity to the lint yield;the function of period of duration was direct negative direction to the lint yield.
