摘    要:辽宁省稻作研究所于2000年开始了北方杂交粳稻恢复系分子育种的研究,2001年加入了农业部“全球分子育种计划”的重大专项课题,现在已经获得了大量的以C418为轮回亲本,以来源于全球不同生态型的水稻为供体亲本的分子育种材料群体,对北方杂交粳稻的分子育种课题进行了总结,对北方杂交粳稻恢复系分子育种材料构建的方法进行了探讨,对北方杂交粳稻分子育种所取得的阶段性成果进行了汇总与评价。

Abstract:The study on molecular breeding for northern Japonica rice hybrid restore lines in LRRI was started in 2000.the task of the 'globe rice molecularbreeding' was started in 2001,now the material populations that the backcrossing parent is C418 and the donating parents are the different ecotype rice from the globe are obtained.The study on the molecular breeding for northern Japonica rice hybrid restore lines is reviewed and the breeding method of the construction of molecular breeding materials for northern Japonica rice hybrid restore lines is discussed,The phasal productions on the molecular breeding of the northern Japonica rice hybrid restore lines are collected and evaluated in this paper.
