摘    要:在大豆种子萌发期以0(CK),40,70,110和150 mmol/L NaCl溶液处理12个来自辽宁、吉林、黑龙江的大豆品种,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对种子发芽率、盐害指数、相对胚轴长、相对胚根鲜重及相对胚根长等种子萌发性状的影响。结果表明,低浓度NaCl处理(40 mmol/L NaCl)对某些大豆品种种子的萌发有促进作用。NaCl浓度在70 mmol/L以上时,大豆种子的萌发均受到不同程度的抑制,且随NaCl浓度的增加,抑制程度明显加重。综合比较发现,黑农49、合丰41和北疆1均是萌发期耐盐性较好的品种。

Abstract:The twelve soybean varieties from Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang province were treated with different NaCl concentrations (0, 40, 70, 110 and 150 mmol/L) during germination stage. Effects of NaCl stresses on the seed germination percentage, salt injury indexes, relative hypocotyl length, relative radicle length and relative radicle fresh weight of these varieties were studied. The results showed that,under low concentration NaCl(40 mmol/L) , promoted seed germination in some soybean varieties. Seed germination characters were restrained to varied extents with the stresses, further, as NaCl concentration rose, the inhibitive effects obviously increased. The germination rates of twelve varieties were generally declined. Synthetically compared indicated that Heinong 49, Hefeng 41 and Beijiang 1 were well-salt tolerance.
