葎草中多糖微波提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用单因素和正交实验法,以葎草多糖提取率为考察指标,对葎草叶中多糖的提取条件进行优化。结果表明,葎草叶中多糖的微波提取工艺中各因素影响程度为:液料比〉微波时间〉微波功率,葎草叶中多糖成分提取的最适宜工艺为:液料比40∶1,微波功率:425 W,微波时间:90 s。微波提取葎草叶中多糖,所需时间短、提取率高,多糖提取率达12.3556%。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the process of extracting polysaccharides from Humulus scandens(Lour.)Merr.Methods With the extraction rate of polysaccharides as an examinable target,the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides has been proposed by microwave—assisted method through single factor experiment and orthogonal test method.Results The order of factors which affected the polysaccharides extraction was solvent quantitymicrowave hoursmicrowave power;The optimal technological parameters of extracting polysaccharides were as follows: the liquid-solid ratio,the microwave power,microwave hours were 40∶1(g/ml),425 W and 90 s.Conclusion The proposed method is stable and reliable for the extraction of polysaccharides from Humulus scandens(Lour.)Merr.,which has the advantages of short extraction time,high extraction rate.Under the optimized operation conditions,the extraction ratio was 12.3556%.
