灰色关联度分析在玉米抗旱生理鉴定中的应用

摘    要:以抗旱性不同的玉米品种为试材,应用灰色系统的理论与方法,研究了不同水分胁迫条件下玉米主要生理生化指标与抗旱性的关系。关联度分析结果表明,叶片相对含水量、叶水势可作为玉米重要的抗旱鉴定指标。光合速率、外渗电导率、叶片渗透势与保护性酶、Vc含量也可作为抗旱性鉴定的良好参数。

Abstract:The relationship of physiological and biochemical indexes and drought resistance in different drought resistant maize cultivars was studied with grey systematic theory and method. The results with grey correlative degree analysis showed that relative water content and water potential of leaves can be regarded as the important indexes of drought resistance identification of maize. Therefore, photosyntheitc rate, relative conductance, osmotic potential, protective enzymes and Vc contents were good for determining maize drought resistance.
