| 摘 要： | 回顾了建国以来我国食糖生产的概况;通过对糖料基地建设规模、内容、效益等技术经济指标的分析,总结"八五"、"九五"以来基地建设对我国糖业发展的贡献和现存问题;在此基础上从基地建设的指导思想、目标、设置原则、建设模式等方面探讨了我国未来糖料基地建设的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | The general situation of sugar production since liberalization in China was reviewed. Based on the analysis of construction scale, content and effect of sugar crop production bases, this paper summarized its contribution and problems in the development of sugar industry, discussed its construction direction, objective, principle and the mode in the future. |
