甘蔗愈伤组织继代培养中的蔗糖效应

以甘蔗幼嫩叶鞘为外植体，经多种培养基诱导出愈伤组织，选择产愈率较高的三种培养基继代，对增殖效果较好的培养基再次进行不同蔗糖浓度梯度的增愈试验。结果表明，低蔗糖浓度（１．５％）有利于愈伤组织的生长发育，组织块质量好．产愈量和产胚量高；高浓度则不利于愈伤组织增殖。

Sucrose Effect of Callus Subculture to Sugarcane

The calli of sugarcane were induced through many media with delicate leaf sheath as explant.Three better media of emerging calli were choosed to subculture as increasing calli.Trials increased calli of different sucrose content were carried out once more with the best medium of increasing calli.Results showed that the lower sucrose content (1.5%) was in favourable to development of sugarcane calli,and tissues of high quality. Both emerging calli and embryoid were the highest.The higher sucrose content (4.5-7.5%) is unfavourable to proliferation of calli.
