| 摘 要： | 污染是影响我国农产品品质的主要原因。只有通过科学管理,建立健全法律法规,鼓励和支持生产优质农产品,建立健全质量安全体系,对农产品实行从产地环境、投入品、生产过程、加工贮运到市场准入全过程的质量安全控制,才能达到提升农产品品质,提高农产品质量,使农业增效、农民增收的目标。

| Abstract: | Pollution is the main factor that does harm to the quality and safety of agricultural products.In order to realize the goal of enhancing the quality of agricultural products,increasing the efficiency of agriculture and farmers′ income,it is proposed to implement scientific management and make perfect laws and regulations,to encourage and support production of agricultural products with excellent quality,to set up a perfect quality and safety system,to execute the quality and safety control of agricultural products in the whole course including native environment,input materials,production,processing,storage,transportation and market access. |
