| 摘 要： | 对2002年12月采自南宁的4个田间症状程度不同的样品作RT-PCR检测,结果表明,A1(粤糖93/159)、A2(粤糖93/159)、B1(CP88/1508)3个样品为阳性,确认田间发生的是甘蔗黄叶综合症(YLS),是我国甘蔗新病害。建议尽快对病害加以控制,并加强甘蔗引用检疫工作。

Preliminary report on RT-PCR detection for the yellow leaf syndrome on sugarcane |

| Abstract: | Four samples which were collected from Nanning, Guangxi in December, 2002 and shown in different symptomatic expressions had deen detected by using RT PCR method. The results showed that samples A1 (Yuetang 93/159), A2(Yuetang 93/159) and B1 (CP88/1508) performed the positive reaction. It could be confirmed that these symptoms were yellow leaf syndrome of sugarcane. It is a new disease of sugarcane in China. So it is important to control this disease and should emphasize the quarantine on sugarcane variety introduction. |
