甘蔗品种的御旱性差异研究

摘    要:通过干旱胁迫过程中蔗叶的形态、根系伤流及其组分变化的研究表明:四个供试品种间御旱性存在明显差异,G.T.11和NCo310御旱性强,Y.T.57-423较弱,Co6304介于其中.为中等御旱性品种。御旱性强的品种叶干比和叶中肋比显著低于不御旱品种,叶片细窄而厚;而且在干旱胁迫下根系伤流率逐渐减少,御旱品种的降幅低于不御旱品种;但伤流中的蛋白质、氨基酸和还原糖含量提高,御旱品种的蛋白质和氨基酸含量增幅高于不御旱品种,而还原糖含量与品种自身的含糖分和生长期有关,与御旱性关系不很密切。

Drought-avoidant Difference in the 4 Cultivars of Sugarcane (S. officinarum L.)
Abstract:Abstract Guitang 11 and NCo 310 were confirmed to be more avoidant to the drought than Co 6304 and Yuetang 57- 423 by investigating the changes of leaf morphology, root bleeding and its components during water deficit in the field. With narrow and thick leaves,Guitang 11 and NCo 310 have smaller specific dry leaf and middle rib, lower decrement of bleeding and larger increment of protein and amino acid in bleeding than Co 6304 and Yuetang 57-423. There existed an highly relation of reducting sugar content in bleeding to the entries and their growing stage, but little relation to the drought-avoidance.
