| 摘 要： | 柠檬商品化鲜果、柠檬香精油、柠檬浓缩汁、柠檬果胶、柠檬苦素及柠檬休闲食品是柠檬加工综合利用的重要产品。本文主要概述了柠檬加工综合利用的研究进展,并提出了目前国内柠檬加工利用研究的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Commercialization of fresh fruit lemon (Citrus limon), essential oils, concentrated juice, pectin, Limonin and leisure food is an important product of processing lemon. This paper provides an overview of lemon processing utilization and put forward research direction of development in the current domestic lemon processing and utilization. |
