摘    要:采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术和气相色谱与质谱联用法(GC-MS)对龙眼果皮中的挥发性化学成分进行分析、鉴定。结果表明,从龙眼果皮中共检测、鉴定出25种成分,占总挥发性化学成分的99.21%,主要成分是酯类、甾醇类、萜类烷烃和酮类化合物。其中,羟基洋地黄毒苷元含量最高,占47.59%;其次是苍耳酯,占22.92%。

Abstract:Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with solid-phase microextraction(SPME-GC-MS) was developed for the determination of volatile constituents of longan pericarp.The volatile constituents of longan pericarp were extracted by SPME with a 100 μm polydimethylsiloxane fiber.The fibers were desorbed in a GC injection liner at 250 ℃ for 3 min.With headspace SPME-GC-MS analysis,in longan pericarp 25 constituents were identified by mass spec-trometry.The principal components were gitoxigenin(47.59%),xanthumin(22.92%),columbin(7.76%),1,1′-3-(3-cyclopentylpropyl)-1,5-pentanediyl]bis-(6.21%),resibufogenin(3.39%).
