摘    要:以短葶山麦冬为试验材料,研究了不同浸种方式对其种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明:浸种温度和GA3是影响短葶山麦冬种子发芽的主要因素。用1000 mg.L-1GA3浸泡短葶山麦冬种子8 h,再用50℃温水浸泡15 min催芽效果最好,可使种子的发芽率提高到80%左右,并且种子发芽快而整齐。

Abstract:Liriope muscari(Desne.) Bailey seeds were taken as the test materials to investigate the effects of different soaking methods on the germination characters.Soaking temperature and gibberellin were the major factors affecting the germination of L.muscari seeds.The ideal germination was brought about when the seeds were soaked with 1000 mg·L-1 gibberellin for 8 hours followed by a 15 minutes soaking in the water at 50 ℃.In that treatment 80% of germination,rapid and neat sprouting were realized.
