摘    要:据小麦叶片形态结构的变化,研究了小麦叶片的分化、成长、建成过程,并进行了分期,进一步探讨了小麦叶片建成的肥水效应规律。在分析小麦叶片形态结构分化进程的基础上,将小麦叶片建成过程分为:幼叶奠基、原形成层分化、叶肉细胞分化、组织开始成熟、组织完全成熟六期。诸分化期转折的形态结构指标分别为原套平周分裂,中脉原形成层分化,表皮毛和叶舌分化,叶肉细胞分化,叶片伸长达终长的50~70%和805以上。肥水对叶片形态结构的效应主要为促进纵向与横向的细胞分裂,增加了细胞数目,对细胞大小影响不大。
