新哒嗪类化合物9403对小麦去雄效应的初步研究

摘    要:用合成的新哒嗪类化合物9403,以fenridazon-K为对照,进行了9403对小麦的去雄效应的研究,试验结果表明9403对品种农大3338及北农2号的去雄效应与fenridazon-K相似,平均去雄率为98.0%,与fenridazon-K(98.2%)差异不显著,但9403对籽粒的影响程度比fenridazon-K小;平均人工粉结实率为89.4%,显著高于fenridazon-K(81.0%

Abstract:A new pyridazine compound 9403 was synthesized and its hybridizing activity for wheat compared with fenridazon-k were studied. The results indicated that 9403 has similar chemical hybridizing activity as fenridazon-k for two wheat cultivars BAU3338 and Beinong 2. The mean male sterility rates induced by 9403 and fenridazon-k were 98.0%and 98. 2% respectively with no significant difference. The mean artificial fertility rates were 89. 4% and 81.0% respectively with significant difference at 5% level. The mean weight of 1000 grains obtained by artificial fertilization were 27. 6 g and 26.0 g respectively with significant difference. Based on the analysis the proper dosage and treating stage of using 9403 was also determined.
