| 摘 要： | 比较商品生产条件下不同建筑型式及人工调控通风方式对育肥猪舍环境状况的影响。分夏季和冬季2个试验。夏季试验:选用3种不同建筑型式的育肥猪舍,其屋顶材料分别为平顶砖瓦(A)、平顶彩钢板(B)及拱形水泥(C),南北窗面积比例分别为6.2∶1、1∶1和1.5∶1,其他在朝向、面积、布局、舍内设施设备、饲喂管理、免疫程序等方面均保持一致。猪品种为斯格瘦肉猪,130~135日龄。每猪舍先后采取3种不同的人工调控通风方式,观察测定其环境状况的变化。冬季试验:选用2栋相同建筑型式猪舍(B型,屋顶材料均为平顶彩钢板),猪品种为斯格瘦肉猪,150~153日龄。分别采用不同通风方式,观察测定一天24 h内不同时间的风速、最大风速、平均风速、温度、风寒温度、相对湿度、热应激温度,以及空气中NH3、CO2和H2S质量浓度的变化。结果表明:猪舍人工调控通风方式与猪舍本身建筑型式相比,对育肥猪场环境状况的影响更为显著(P<0.05)。冬季夜间关闭窗户虽然有利于提高舍内温度,但同时舍内相对湿度、NH3和CO2质量浓度也显著提高,不利于动物生产和健康,因此要改善猪舍内空气质量采用合理的通风方式至关重要。 |
