我国农业绿色生产水平的时空差异及影响因素

为探析新时期我国农业绿色生产水平的时空差异及影响因素,利用2005—2014年的宏观数据构建指标体系,在评价各地区农业绿色生产水平基础上,运用泰尔指数分析其时空差异,并构建计量经济模型研究不同区域农业绿色生产水平的影响因素。结果表明:1)我国农业绿色生产水平呈现上升趋势,东部地区农业绿色生产水平最高,中部地区则相对较低。2)我国的农业绿色生产水平的区域差异明显,相较于区域内差异,区域间差异对总体差异的影响较大。3)东部农业绿色生产水平受第一产业增加值比重影响较大,其他区域则更容易受到社会经济发展水平和城镇化率的影响。因此,我国应实行差异化的调控政策来提升农业绿色生产水平。优化发达地区的产业布局,加快欠发达地区的经济发展和城镇化步伐。

Analysis on spatial-temporal differences and influence factors of agricultural green production level in China

To investigate the spatial and temporal differences and influencing factors of green production level in China in the new period.An index system is built by using on 2005-2014''s macro data.Based on evaluation on the level of green agricultural production in different regions,the spatial and temporal differences are analyzed using Theil index and econometric models to research the influence factors of green agricultural production level are built.The results show that:1) The level of green agricultural production is rising.The eastern region is the highest and the central area is relatively low.2) The regional differences of China''s agricultural green production level are very obvious,and they have bigger influence on the overall difference.3) Eastern green agricultural production levels are greatly influenced by the first industrial added value.Other areas are more susceptible to the influence of economic development level and urbanization rate.In conclusion,differential regulation policies should be implemented to improve the green agricultural production level By Optimizing the industrial layout in developed areas and accelerating the pace of economic development and urbanization in less developed areas.
