温度、湿度及通气状况对土壤中N2O释放量影响的研究

摘    要:采用乙炔抑制法,利用气相色谱仪测定土壤中 N_2O 释放量,并研究其影响因素。测定结果表明:温度、湿度及通气状况对土壤中 N_2O 释放量的影响具有显著差异,并且交互作用的差异也达到极显著水平。由温度、湿度与土壤中 N_2O 最大释放量的逐步回归方程式看出,在嫌气条件下温度对反硝化作用的影响比湿度的影响较为显著,而好气条件下湿度的影响要比温度的影响显著。

Abstract:Our experiment indicated that the denitrification in soil were affected by the temperature, soil moisture and aeration status.The amount of N_2O in different treatments were measured in the pres- ence of C_2H_2 by gas chromatography. The results showed that the temperature,soil moisture and aeration had a great influences on the N_2O emission by denitrification.Their mutual effects were also significant.
