小麦幼穗器官中蔗糖降解酶的活性与分布

摘    要:小麦开花前的穗中存在三种蔗糖降解酶:转化酶(主要是可溶性酸性转化酶,SAI)、蔗糖合成酶(SS)和蔗糖-蔗糖果糖基转移酶(SST)。在小花器官中 SAI 活性最高,在穗轴和颖片中,SST 活性最高,而 SS 活性仅仅在小花中可测。一穗上不同部位小穗的酶活性不同,中部小穗的酶(SST,SAI,SS)活性明显高于上部和下部小穗。讨论了穗器官蔗糖降解酶活性与糖分代谢及小穗结实性的关系。
