家庭自有农机如何影响土地流转?——基于CFPS的实证分析

为探索农户家庭自有农机在土地流转中发挥的作用。基于具有全国代表性的CFPS2018数据,在控制农机社会化服务的前提下,检验了农户家庭自有农机对其土地流转行为的影响。研究发现:1)随着家庭自有农业机械化水平的提升,农户转出土地的可能性越低,转入土地的可能性越高。2)利用调节效应模型,发现家庭非农就业率会显著正向调节自有农机对土地流转的影响,农业雇工成本和不平坦的地形会负向调节自有农机对土地流转的影响,但村庄交通情况无法调节自有农机对土地流转的影响。3)对于农户土地转入行为,农机社会化服务和自有农机会互相负向调节各自对农户土地转入的影响效应,表明在家庭扩大经营规模的决策中,自有农机和农机社会化服务存在一定的竞争关系。因此,本研究意味着家庭自有农机对土地流转的影响不可忽视,且非农就业、劳动力成本、自然地貌和农机社会化服务等外在因素会增强或削弱自有农机对土地流转的影响。

How does home-owned agricultural machinery affect land transfer? An empirical analysis based on CFPS

To explore the role of household-owned farm machinery on land transfer, based on the nationally representative CFPS2018 data, this study explores and examines how farmers'' self-owned agricultural machinery affects land circulation land under the premise of controlling the socialized services of agricultural machinery. The results show that: 1)With the improvement of the household-owned agricultural mechanization, the lower the possibility of farmers transferring in land, the higher the possibility of transferring out land. 2)Using the moderating effect model, it is found that the household non-agricultural employment rate can significantly positively regulate the impact of own agricultural machinery on land circulation, the wage level of agricultural hired workers and uneven terrain could negatively regulate the impact of household-owned agricultural machinery on land circulation. However, the village traffic conditions cannot adjust the impact of own agricultural machinery on land circulation. 3)For farmers'' land transfer behavior, the socialized service of agricultural machinery and self-owned agricultural machinery negatively inter-regulate their effects on land transfer, indicating that there is a certain competitive relationship and complementary relationship between family-owned agricultural machinery and socialized service of agricultural machinery. Therefore, the influence of family-owned agricultural machinery on land circulation cannot be ignored, and the influence of family-owned agricultural machinery on land circulation is regulated by external factors such as non-agricultural employment, labor cost, natural landscape and social services of agricultural machinery, which can enhance or weaken the influence of family-owned agricultural machinery on land circulation.
