微波技术在板蓝根多糖提取中的应用

摘    要:通过正交试验确定微波处理的最佳工艺参数,用水煎煮提取板蓝根多糖,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果表明,微波处理后,板蓝根粗多糖得率达到33.062%,多糖质量分数达到75.211%,优于单独使用水煎煮法。微波处理板蓝根的最佳工艺参数水侵泡1h,微波功率480W,处理时间6min,此工艺参数下,多糖得率和含量均明显提高。

Abstract:The best parameters of technology was determined through orthogonal test, then using method of boiling water to obtain polysaccharide of indigowoad root, and content was determinated with phenol vitriolic colorimetry. The extracting rate of unrefined polysaccharide of indigowoad root by using microwave treatment was up to 33 062 % , and the content of polysaccharide was up to 75 211 % , better than using boiling water extraction alone. The polysaccharide of indigowoad root has been obtained for the first time by microwave technique, both extracting rate and content are apparently high.
