| 摘 要： | 为评价毛桃的根癌病抗原价值,以实生苗为试材,采用人工接种的方法研究了毛桃(Prunus persica)对发根土壤杆菌(Agrobacteriumrhizogenes)的抗性。结果表明:接种的103株实生苗的株平均瘤径0～24 mm,群体平均瘤径8.77 mm;其中3株未发病,3株瘤径1.00～3.00 mm,7株3.01～5.00 mm,32株5.01～8.00 mm,58株>8.00 mm;评价为免疫、高度抗病、抗病、感病和高度感病型株率分别为2.90%、2.90%、6.79%、31.10%和56.31%。本研究中,毛桃对发根土壤杆菌高度感病,实生群体内存在广泛的抗性分离现象,其中有免疫基因型植株,是珍贵的根癌病桃树抗原和桃砧木抗根癌病品种选育的种质资源。

| Abstract: | The resistance to A.rhizogenes of P.persica was studied using seedling through the artificial inoculation.The range of diameter in 103 plants was 0-24.00 mm and mean diameter of tumor in all plants was 8.77 mm at 70 days after inoculation.Immunity(3),highly resistant(3),resistant(7),susceptible(32) and highly susceptible(58)were found in P.persica and their corresponding percentages were 2.90%,2.90%,6.79%,31.10% and 56.31%,respectively.To crown gall disease,P.persica was highly susceptible to A.rhizogenes a... |
